Remembrance and Renewal Ceremony. The extinguishing and re-lighting of the lights is an ecumenical ceremony, and is open to all family and friends. Once known as Maundy Thursday and obligatory, it is nonetheless a most important date on our Scottish Rite calendar. Wise Master Gary Norton and his team sincerely hope that you’ll mark the date and join us. And, if you need any more incentive, Ill. Br. Secretary Skip reminds that the Lodge will pick up the tab for the dinner for our Ladies.

Helping Children - Thanks largely to the efforts of our Personal Representative Jon Lenander, our Valley philanthropy is again helping three children with speech difficulty, through a local therapist.

• The Valley of Tacoma is sponsoring the Second Annual Friends Dinner & Auction, Saturday, April 25, 2009 at their fraternal home in Tacoma. This is a fund raiser for the Tacoma RiteCare Program and their Valley. The cost is $35 per person. Email Bill Hammontree at tacsrite@aol.com for reservations. Here is the schedule.
